What’s included in your LLC package and pricing?
All-inclusive: LLC registration (Articles), EIN (7–10 working days), BOI filing, 1-year Registered Agent, 1-year U.S. address with mail forwarding, Operating Agreement, name search, and a personal dashboard. Popular pricing: Wyoming $350 (default), Delaware $450, Texas $600, Florida/Georgia/New York $450, California/Kentucky/Montana $350, New Mexico $450.
How long does the EIN take?
Typically 7–10 working days. If there’s an IRS delay, we keep following up and share the confirmation as soon as it’s issued. You’re in safe hands — we handle the process end-to-end.
Do I need a passport or SSN to start?
No SSN or U.S. resident is required. Passport is not needed to register the LLC or apply for EIN, but it’s required for BOI filing. If you don’t have a passport yet, EIN can be submitted under a relative’s name (responsible party) and updated later.
How do bank accounts work for non-U.S. residents?
We provide full guidance to help you open one easily, especially with platforms like Mercury, Wise, Payoneer, PingPong etc. We’ve prepared a PPT to guide you step-by-step so you can open the account yourself effortlessly. Due to U.S. bank security policies, we don’t directly open accounts for clients — they verify your IP and identity at signup. But no worries, it’s 100% remote, and we’re with you throughout. Once your EIN is ready, we’ll send the links and walkthrough.
What are the annual compliance deadlines?
Federal: Form 1120 + 5472 due April 15 each year (extension to Oct 15). State: Wyoming annual report due before the first day of your anniversary month; Delaware LLC tax due June 1; Texas franchise report due May 15; Florida annual report due by May 1; New York biennial on the anniversary month. We’ll remind you and can file for you.
