• No refunds are issued once EIN is applied for or services are partially completed.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate documents (e.g., passport copy, correct personal details) and respond to follow-ups. Delays due to incomplete documents are not our liability.

4. BOI & Tax Filing Disclaimer

While we assist in regulatory filings (like BOI or IRS tax forms), clients remain ultimately responsible for ensuring timely compliance. Penalties due to missed deadlines or non-submission of required data are not covered by us.

5. Bank Account Assistance

We offer guidance for opening U.S. bank accounts (e.g., Mercury or Wise) but do not guarantee account approval. Final decision rests with the bank, based on their own KYC and compliance checks.

6. Intellectual Property
